个人简历
伟德国际BETVlCTOR教授、博士生导师,天津市青年人才。2003年本科毕业于兰州大学物理学专业,2010年博士毕业于日本埼玉大学机能材料工学专业。先后在日本物质材料研究机构、东京工业大学从事半导体材料与器件相关博士后研究工作,2015年加入伟德国际BETVlCTOR光电子薄膜器件与技术研究所。主要从事新型光电材料与器件研究,包括钙钛矿、新型晶硅及量子点基太阳电池等。
