教育与研究经历:
2007年毕业于伟德国际BETVlCTOR物理学院取得理学博士学位;毕业后至今工作于南开伟德国际BETVlCTOR;
2007年任讲师;2009年任副教授;2015.9-2016.8 美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校 访问学者; 2017.12-至今,教授
研究方向:
研究方向为光伏材料与器件。目前主要研究内容为可用于柔性衬底(flexible)高效铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜太阳电池及组件研究;及化合物新型异质结薄膜太阳电池材料与器件研究。
1. 开展了关于柔性衬底(flexible)的CIGS薄膜太阳电池及组件进行研究。主要研究内容为低温生长CIGS薄膜机制及器件优化等问题。柔性聚酰亚胺(PI)CIGS太阳电池实验室效率达12.1%,4cm×4cm柔性大面积PI衬底CIGS太阳电池效率达7%(均由中科院太阳光伏发电系统和风力发电系统质量检测中心鉴定)为2014年国内公开报道的最高效率。
2.低温生长高效CIGS薄膜太阳电池研究。探索适合工业化生产的低温生长高效CIGS沉积过程,解决关键科学问题,提升器件效率。
3.硅基化合物异质结太阳电池研究。基于实验室理论仿真结果提出的HCT(化合物异质结太阳电池)结构电池,探索新型化合物与晶硅形成异质结电池结构,以期提高硅基电池的效率。
发表SCI,EI及国际高水平会议等学术文章60余篇。其中2012年发表于Physica Scripta 的文章为当年度的Highlight 文章。与荷兰Twente大学合作发表世界顶尖级国际电子元件会议IEDM文章1篇。
曾受邀访问过德国太阳能与氢能研究中心(ZSW)、意大利电子和磁性研究所(IMEM-CNR, Parma, Italy)南洋理工大学能源研究中心(ERI@N),长庚大学绿色科技中心(Chang Gung University Green Technology Research Center)。并在国际会议ICMAT2011 Singapore及境外the 4th conference on compound thin film solar cells 会议上做邀请报告。并获得过第十届与第十一届及第十七届中国光伏会议优秀论文奖,获得2017 China PV Technology International Conference (2017CPTIC) ,Xi’an,2017,3.29-4.01 ,Best presentation prize。
