个人简介

张杨 教授、博士生导师。20056月获华中科技大学光信息科学与技术专业学士学位,20086月获伟德国际BETVlCTOR光学工程专业硕士学位,201210月获香港理工大学应用物理学专业博士学位。20136月至20146月在德国莱布尼茨固体与材料研究所开展博士后研究。20148月至20177月在德国莱布尼茨固体与材料研究所做洪堡学者。201712月进入伟德国际BETVlCTOR现代光学研究所任教。目前主要的研究方向包括:硅光子学、光神经网络、片上人工智能光计算、宽禁带半导体氧化镓、智能发光材料器件等领域的基础及应用研究。

已发表SCI论文70余篇,其中包括Nat. Commun.Adv. Mater.Nano Lett.ACS NanoAngew. Chem. Int. Ed.InfoMatNano EnergyAdv. Opt. Mater.等国际一流学术期刊论文。在物理、光学和材料领域的高水平国际会议做大会、邀请报告20余次。
